Welcome to SWAJ Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of [nswfgame.com] (the “Site”), our downloadable game builds, and related features including WishPlug verification (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Age Requirement (18+)

• The Services contain adult (NSFW) content intended only for adults 18+ (or the age of majority in your location, if higher).
• By using the Services you certify that you are of legal age and that viewing adult content is legal where you live.
• Absolutely no depictions or roleplay of minors are permitted. You must not upload, request, or otherwise engage with content involving minors.
  

2) Content Notice

• The Services may include nudity, sexual themes, strong language, and mature scenarios.
• If this content is illegal or offensive to you, please do not use the Services.
• Screenshots and previews on the Site are representative of in-game visuals.
  

3) Accounts, Links & WishPlug Verification

• WishPlug may offer optional features unlocked by verifying a pledge with third-party platforms (e.g., Patreon/Subscribestar).
• Verification is performed via secure authorization flows; we will never ask for your third-party password.
• Your verification is personal and non-transferable. Do not share keys, tokens, or builds.
• We may revoke verified perks if: a pledge ends or is refunded, suspicious activity is detected, or these Terms are violated.
• Verified perks are cosmetic/quality-of-life style enhancements; they are not pay-to-win and do not guarantee in-game advantages that harm fair play.
• We may rate-limit or suspend WishPlug endpoints to protect performance or prevent abuse.
  

4) Purchases, Donations & Refunds

• Any purchases or donations made through third parties (e.g., Patreon, itch.io) are subject to those platforms’ terms and refund policies.
• Digital goods are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact the platform where you paid.
  

5) License to Use the Game

• Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play our game for personal use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or publicly host builds without our written permission.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the game except as allowed by applicable law.
  

6) User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

1. Violate any law or these Terms.
2. Upload, request, or share illegal content, including any sexualized content involving minors.
3. Circumvent age gates, paywalls, or verification mechanisms.
4. Share or sell your access, tokens, or licensed content.
5. Use bots, exploits, or cheats that harm other users or our Services.
6. Attempt to breach our security or overload our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7) Intellectual Property

• The game, Site, artwork, code, and other materials are protected by copyright and other laws.
• All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SWAJ Studio or our licensors.
• You retain rights in any content you legally submit to us; by submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use and display it for operating and promoting the Services.
