Anal Minigame Guide
Anal scenes use the same Sex Minigame you’re already familiar with, but they introduce a few additional mechanics that reward patience and control. Rushing in too aggressively can make the scene more difficult — or even end it early.

Quick Start
Anal scenes can be played in three different ways:
Classic QTE
Press Space, Enter, or click the on-screen button when the timing cue lights up.
Flow Mode
Guide the scene by choosing its overall rhythm instead of reacting to every beat. Options: Slow, Steady, Intense, Tease, Switch.
Skip
Let the game resolve the encounter automatically and continue the story.
Goal
Your objective is to fill your partner’s Endurance meter before the encounter ends.
Along the way you’ll also manage:
- Player Arousal
- Pleasure Sync
- Tension
- Anal Tolerance
- Composure
- Overstrain
Learning how these systems work together is the key to mastering anal scenes.
What Makes Anal Different?
Unlike standard sex scenes, anal encounters reward control rather than pure speed.
Trying to go too fast before your character is ready can:
- Reduce arousal
- Increase discomfort
- Trigger Overstrain
- End the scene early
Sometimes slowing down is actually the fastest path to success.
Classic QTE
Classic Mode works just like the standard Sex Minigame.
Press the button when the timing cue appears to build:
- Score
- Combo
- Pleasure Sync
- Partner Endurance
Depth still matters:
| Depth | Effect |
|---|---|
| Tip | Gentle, safest pace |
| Mid | Balanced progress and the easiest rhythm to maintain |
| Deep | Fastest progress, but also the highest risk |
If things start becoming difficult, don’t be afraid to back off for a few moments.
Anal Meters
Anal scenes introduce three additional meters.
Anal Tolerance
Shows how much pressure your character can comfortably handle. As it gets lower, you’re approaching your current limit.
Composure
Represents how well your character is handling the encounter. Good rhythm restores it; mistakes, excessive speed, and Overstrain reduce it.
Overstrain
The danger meter. Pushing beyond your limits builds it. At maximum, the encounter may end early — slow down if you’re warned.
Flow Mode
Flow Mode replaces button timing with strategic decisions.
Choose how you want the encounter to progress.
Slow
Safest option. Helps recover control and reduce pressure.
Steady
Balanced progression. A good choice for most situations.
Intense
Builds progress quickly but increases the risk of Overstrain. Best used once you’ve built enough momentum.
Tease
Slower progress with excellent control.
Switch
Changes the rhythm or position when available. Can sometimes help stabilize difficult encounters.
Anal Skill
Your Anal Skill represents your character’s experience. Higher skill allows you to:
Like other skills in the game, it improves over time through practice.
Lube
Some scenes allow you to use lubricant beforehand. Lube temporarily makes anal scenes more forgiving by increasing your effective Anal Skill.
If you’re new to anal scenes or facing a more difficult partner, using lube is highly recommended.
Managing Overstrain
If you push the pace too hard:
- Progress slows down.
- Your character may struggle.
- Overstrain increases.
If Overstrain becomes too high, the encounter can end before your partner reaches climax.
The easiest solution is simple: slow down.
A controlled pace is almost always more effective than trying to rush.
Finish Outcomes
Anal scenes have their own possible endings depending on the situation. The final outcome is influenced by:
- Player choices
- Relationship
- Protection
- Active Perks
- Scene context
Some special Perks may introduce additional possibilities.
Rewards
Successfully completing anal scenes can reward you with:
Different scenes may also include unique rewards.
Helpful Perks
Several Perks make anal scenes easier. Examples include:
Backdoor Rookie
Great for beginners.
Anal Queen
Improves timing and reduces Overstrain.
Size Queen
Helps during more demanding encounters.
Bedroom Confidence
Improves timing in shared QTE systems.
If anal scenes feel too difficult, consider adjusting your Perk loadout.
Tips

- Watch your Tolerance and Overstrain meters.
- Use lube whenever it’s available.
- Build your Anal Skill before attempting more intense encounters.
- Skip is always available if you simply want to continue the story.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why did the scene suddenly end?
Your character likely accumulated too much Overstrain. Slow down and keep a steadier rhythm next time.
Why is my arousal decreasing?
You’re probably pushing the pace beyond your current tolerance. Slow down or use lube to make the encounter easier.
Why does Flow Mode feel different?
Anal scenes use additional mechanics based on your Anal Skill, so choosing Intense too early can be risky.
How do I make anal scenes easier?
Increase your Anal Skill, use lube whenever possible, equip anal-focused Perks, and don’t rush. Control and consistency are much more important than speed.
